I am extremely grateful to the team at Inspire Physio Care & Allied Health Services in Greenvale, and especially to my physiotherapist, Malitha Sahabandu, for the wonderful care and support I have received during my shoulder rehabilitation. I injured my shoulder a few weeks ago, and being referred to Inspire Physio Care has been one of the best things for my recovery. From my very first appointment, Malitha has been incredibly caring, patient and understanding. He took the time to listen to my concerns, assess my injury thoroughly, and explain each step of my treatment in a way that was easy to understand. What I appreciate most is the encouragement and reassurance Malitha has given me throughout the rehabilitation process. Some days have been challenging, but he has always motivated me to keep going and has carefully progressed my exercises as my shoulder has become stronger. I visited inspire physio care with a very bad sore back. Tara checked and advised it could be a faucet joint issue. She did 2 sessions of physio treatments with manipulation and dry needles which recovered by about 70%. Later Malitha did 3 more sessions with needles and cupping which has improved further upto 99%. I was given some exercises to continue strengthening my back muscles. I’m continuing further care once a week to get further benefits. The team has been caring and informative. Positive feeling as you enter the premises. I would recommend anyone for any musculoskeletal issues. Thank you team Inspire Physio! 👏👏

I’m so grateful that I chose the right physiotherapist. This is only my second visit with Anshul, and I can already feel such a big difference. He is knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares about helping his patients recover. You can tell he truly knows what he’s doing. I’d also like to thank Amira at reception and Tara, the practice manager, for being so kind, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. From the moment you walk in, they make you feel comfortable and well looked after. I injured my knee a few weeks ago and was referred to Inspire Physio Care & Allied Health Services in Greenvale. I have been seeing Dr Anshul who was professional, listened to my needs and tailored my treatment plan accordingly. Screwed me around for a month on pre approved equipment from TAC, which I need to prevent my bone healing incorrectly. They then continued to charge for hydrotherapy sessions, which I have for free through the gym and pool pass. Shady mob that do not care about your recovery. Terrible physiotherapy services too. EDIT: You guys clearly had no idea how to correctly handle the paperwork and kept lying out your mouths for weeks to me about waiting on TAC when it was in fact allied health not doing their job correctly. TAC kept calling you and emailing you and myself about it for 2 weeks and the recovery and treatment plan that was filled out had no mention of equipment. As for hydrotherapy you have missed the point completely or are misleading your customers once again. I have access to 3 months of unlimited pool and gym access, why trick me into using it as a physiotherapy session ( I only have 36) and then say it’s a 1:1 session? I arrived at splash and asked every single person at the therapy pool where the allied health trainer was. You’d think she could spot the guy with 50 stitches down his leg limping around the whole pool talking to everyone, but she made no effort to do her job. I was shown her picture two days later and can confirm she said she had no idea when she was the person being paid to train me. So I jumped in the pool alone and did my own thing and found another physio in Mickleham ASAP. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves for giving out such terrible service and lying through your teeth like this when you make a mistake.

I've been dealing with severe back pain for over six months, to the point where even simple tasks like bending over or putting on my underwear were incredibly difficult. My job as a car detailer is physically demanding, involving a lot of bending and lifting. Thanks to Melitha, I've experienced significant relief and am very, very happy with the outcome. Highly recommended!

I had pain in my shoulder for months and finally decided to see the phyiotherapist Sandeep Kaur[Sandy]. She was professional with great knowledge.What an improvement after 6 sessions being able to feel normal again. Thank you! Along with follow up of exercises I needed to continue with at home I would definitely recommend.
